Refund policy

Each Groovela piece is produced individually for your order, so we can't take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. If something arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

What we fix

Write to us within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives with a misprint (wrong graphic, or a print that is smudged, cracked, peeling or clearly off-center), a manufacturing defect (holes, broken seams, stains, a faulty zipper), damage in transit, the wrong item, color or size, or if a package is confirmed lost in transit. We'll send a replacement of the same item at no cost, or a full refund for that item including the shipping you paid for it. You choose.

How to request it

Email support@groovela.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem, the full garment and its size label. We reply within 2 business days. In most cases you won't need to send anything back; if we do need the item, we'll email you a prepaid return label.

What we can't accept

  • Returns or exchanges for change of mind, or because a size doesn't fit.
  • Problems reported more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Wear, washing damage or changes caused by not following the care instructions.
  • Small variations that are normal in printed garments: slight shifts in print placement (up to about 1 in / 2.5 cm) and colors that look a little different from your screen.
  • Activewear (sport bra and leggings) that has been worn, except for defects visible on arrival.

Cancellations and changes

Production starts soon after you order. Email us as soon as possible: if your order hasn't entered production, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once production has started, we can't cancel or change it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.
